Our support contracts can be tailored to meet your exact requirements, we offer fixed price and pay as you go options as well as proactive support solutions, we can also include your remote access users to provide a complete support solution.

We provide ad-hoc support to cover those situations when your own IT support requires additional resources, holiday cover, sickness cover or for that special project.

With the proactive support options we can monitor the health of your network and computer systems and proactively address any issues as they occur thus preventing them from escalating into a situation that would interrupt your business. Proactive support can also include your backup, anti-virus, anti-spyware and Microsoft patch management.

Backup is a critical issue for most businesses and with the ever increasing requirements to store data for longer periods of time, or for regulatory compliance, we offer a number of options from simply monitoring your existing backup procedure to taking total control of the backup process. For companies that have no backup hardware or have outgrown their existing hardware we can automate an off-site backup storage solution. 

Anti-virus and anti-spyware can be managed remotely, at Vixen we run anti-virus management servers that can be connected securely via VPN to your network to provide timely update and control of your anti-virus and anti-spyware software. The management servers check the internet frequently for updates and once an update is detected this is downloaded and replicated to a repository on your local network, all connecting computers are then instructed to update from the local repository and we are notified of any update issues such that we can address this before it causes you a problem. Remote workers can also be connected to the management servers ensuring all systems connected to your network have the same level of security and protection.

Microsoft patch management (Windows Update) can again be managed via our update management servers. We download the updates from Microsoft, replicate the updates to a local repository on your network and signal your computers and servers to install the updates. This update process can be scheduled out of business hours to ensure availability of all your critical systems.
